Now that we have plans, we ask for your initial deposit. We can start getting a budget put together for you and your financial institution.

While Inception focuses on the budget and finding contractors and vendors we need you to select your design options.

With all the numbers complete, you can close on the lot and construction loan we can get building permits and start your dream home.
